Areas of total rewards expertise include developing job documentation, competitive pay and benefits analysis, designing pay programs to meet client’s organizational objectives, and pay administration. Prior to joining the consulting division, Dane held a leading role in survey operations with Compdata Surveys. He holds a Master’s degree and the Certified Compensation Professional certification from WorldatWork. Dane is a published author and speaker on various total rewards topics. His published works include 5 Steps to Revamp Your Compensation Plan, which made WorldatWork's 2012 Top 10 List for most accessed Workspan articles, and “Sabotaging Your Total Rewards Programs?” in the May 2017 issue of Workspan.
