Alex Lovell, Senior Researcher at the O.C Institute brings a decade of deep, methodological, experience employing a variety of multi- and mixed-method research designs. He specializes in workplace culture, employee experience, and generational research, with a focus on blending qualitative research with survey and experimental data for rich insights. He has consulted with numbers Fortune 100 and Global 2000 companies. His Doctoral training is from the University of Utah, with an M.A. and B.A. from American Military University.
