Susan Rogers

Susan Rogers has more than 20 years of experience in executive and employee communication, with particular focus on connecting employees to company strategy to achieve individual and business success.

She has partnered with leadership to create strategy and communication for all aspects of human resources and total rewards. She has experience leading large-scale change and harmonization following corporate mergers and acquisitions.

She previously led the Eastern Region and the International Region communication line of business for a global HR consulting firm. She is a frequent speaker, faculty instructor and author of publications on strategic communication of total rewards for human resource professionals.

Leigh Dobbs

Vice President of Compensation & Benefits | Randstad

Leigh Dobbs serves as Vice President of U.S. Compensation and Benefits for Randstad, and is responsible for the successful execution of the overall compensation and benefits strategy as it pertains to Randstad's over 250,000 temporary and full-time workforce. In this role, Leigh's focus is the strategic planning, development and administration of various benefit and compensation programs of over $150 million, ensuring compliance with benefit and reporting regulations, the strategy and execution of the Affordable Care Act, and the performance of the compensation program.

Prior to joining Randstad US in 2013, Leigh served as the Benefits Manager and was promoted to Director of Compensation and Benefits at BlueLinx Corporation. Before her tenure at BlueLinx, Leigh was a healthcare consultant at Mercer Health & Benefits and an actuarial analyst at Ernst & Young.

Leigh has over 18 years of experience in healthcare consulting and compensation & benefits administration. Leigh is recognized by her peers as a strategic thinker with the ability to align an enterprise compensation & benefits function with the company's business model.

Leigh earned an MBA in 2014 from Emory University's Goizueta Business School and holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
