Go365 by Humana: How to Provide a Culture of Wellness in an Uncertain Time

The worldwide pandemic has had an impact on every walk of life, including the workplace. Employee well-being is a priority, more than ever, and organizations can put themselves in a position to help.

During times of uncertainty, maintaining well-being becomes more challenging. However, organizations are better positioned than ever to reinforce a culture and help employees' well-being - not to mention minimize problems that arise from poor employee physical and mental health.

Attendees can learn specifically how they can help the well-being of employees during crises like the COVID-19 pandemic. They will also learn about how to implement digital and remote wellness solutions to reach employees in different situations and work styles. Finally, they will also learn how there is no one-size-fits-all wellness strategy – every organization needs to make nuanced decisions about their own particular approach to fit their specific culture.

In this webinar, you will learn:

  • How wellness can play a role during a crisis
  • The importance of digital and remote wellness
  • The rationale for customizing wellness for each organization’s culture
