Holistic Wellness and the Case for Onsite Care

During this webinar, we will go over the difference between generic wellness programs and holistic wellness programs. Today’s workforce is looking for wellness programs that address their total health, which many generic wellness programs fall short of achieving. We will provide examples of how c-suite should evaluate wellness programs and how companies can benchmark their wellness programs against others in their industry.

In comparison to generic wellness programs, this webinar will discuss holistic wellness programs and how these types of programs combine more aspects of employees’ lives to improve their total health. At the end of the webinar, we will do a deep dive into an example of one of these types of programs- onsite dental care. Onsite dental care not only helps improves employees oral health, it also helps them improve their overall health.

In this webinar, you’ll learn:

  • Leadership’s role in Wellness
  • Benchmarking Wellness Programs
  • Generic Wellness vs. Holistic Wellness Programs
  • The Case for Dental Wellness Programs
