Leading by Influence: How Leaders Can Inspire, Enable and Celebrate Greatness

Webinar

This webinar helps leaders at any level to better influence, engage, and drive great work in their employees.

Leadership is the foundation of building a best-in-class culture. Leadership, both senior leaders and direct managers, directly influence how your employees feel about the organization. But often employees are promoted to leadership levels because they are good at their jobs, not because they have great leadership skills. And when they become leaders, they focus on continuing to do that great work themselves, rather than inspire their team to innovate and find success.

How do you move your leaders into a true leadership role, where they become influencers instead of doers of great work? Where they rally their employees toward a common purpose, develop their teams and celebrate and appreciate the achievements of their people? How do you encourage your leaders to leverage the power of appreciation to inspire their teams?

Join Gary Beckstrand, vice president of the O.C. Tanner Institute, as he shares the latest research and strategies around leadership development.

Attendees will learn:

  • How leaders can successfully identify talent and develop their teams
  • How leadership can leverage employee recognition to help build great workplace cultures
  • Best practices for employee recognition
  • Tips and tools for encouraging managers to recognize employees and keep appreciation top of mind.
