The Right Mix of Benefits to Support Family Caregivers and a Multigenerational Workforce

The workforce is growing more diverse in multiple ways – including age – and determining the right mix of benefits to retain valuable talent is more important than ever. You may have as many as five generations in your organization – many of them providing care to a family member or loved one on their own time – and the global pandemic further complicates the landscape. How does your benefits strategy respond to these trends and provide support for workers of all ages, life stages, and health/care needs?

Join Tricia Sandiego and Heather Tinsley-Fix of AARP to learn how you can support your working caregivers and define a flexible benefits approach that takes age into account.

At this event, you will:

  • Hear about demographic and labor trends contributing to increasing age diversity and the rise of working caregivers
  • Discover how to leverage existing benefits and new tactics to support the caregivers in your workforce
  • Consider Future of Work trends that impact how you need to think about benefits and workforce flexibility moving forward
