Pre-registering by phone or online before the conference can save you time and money! If you've registered and paid in advance, check-in at one of our registration counters. Your credentials will be printed on site. Just bring the confirmation we send you to the WorldatWork conference registration area. Your personal admission barcode printed on your confirmation will expedite the check-in process–automatically printing your conference credentials and event tickets.
You will receive written confirmation from WorldatWork for conference registration within 14 days of receipt. If you do not receive confirmation, please call Customer Relationship Services at 877-951-9191.
Nonmembers: Join WorldatWork and Save
If you are not a WorldatWork member, the nonmember rate will apply. You may sign up for a one-year WorldatWork membership and pay discounted member conference fees. All WorldatWork memberships are on an individual basis.
Full payment is required in order to receive your credentials/badge. You will receive your conference bag, badge and event tickets on site at the central registration area at the convention center.
Cancellations must be in writing. Confirmed registrants who fail to notify WorldatWork of cancellation in advance forfeit all fees paid. A $75 administration fee will be charged for cancellations received on or before January 13, 2019 . Fifty percent (50%) of the registration fee will be forfeited for cancellations received after January 13, 2019 and through February 24, 2019. All conference fees will be forfeited on cancellations occurring on or after February 25, 2019. Prices and programs are subject to change without notice.
