The WorldatWork 2020 Executive Compensation Forum is a comprehensive, networking-rich two-day deep dive into the intricacies of executive compensation through an exchange of ideas, experiences and insight. The theme for the event is “Deep Dive into Executive Compensation.” This is an intimate event, with plenary sessions where attendees look to expert presenters to help them to:
Submit a proposal to present at this one-of-a-kind event and help those with executive compensation responsibility to learn the nuances and soft skills that are critical to success.
The audience includes senior-level compensation and executive compensation professionals, along with HR and Total Rewards leaders who have significant exec comp responsibilities.
There will be approximately eight plenary sessions.
Each session is one hour and fifteen minutes in length, with ample time allowed to address audience questions and engage in audience discussion.
Attendees come to this annual event to take a deep dive into the strategic side of executive compensation. We’re looking for senior-level professionals who are able to go beyond the day-to-day tactics of the profession to help attendees explore the external factors, challenges and business situations that influence the design and delivery of effective executive pay.

Speaker benefits include visibility and recognition as a thought leader. You will receive a complimentary event registration so you can attend all sessions and meals and network with peers during event.
In addition, if you’re a practitioner, academic or nonprofit organization representative, WorldatWork will cover the costs of up to a two-night stay at a host hotel. (Consultants and service providers are not eligible for lodging reimbursement.) No other expenses will be reimbursed.
Please note that speakers are expected to attend the entire event.
